- All our jewels gold are controlled and punched by the National Management of the Guarantee depending on the Directorate-General on the Customs and Indirect Rights,
- Certain diamonds and other invaluable stones can carry a Certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Paris,
- free Expertise at friendly ends,
- Each sold item is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity and an itemised bill.

GUARANTEE

Our watches and clocks carry a six-month guarantee for both parts and labour sin normal conditions of use. Defects resulting from accident, from unsuitable or abusive use, (shocks, crushing, contact with water, etc), from use of batteries not in conformity, attempt of handling or repair not carried out by our services, are expressly excluded from our guarantee.

GOODS CONCERNED

Jewels gold and invaluable stones, all art artefacts and antiquities. We endeavour to describe and present our articles with greatest exactitude. The documents associated with the products, in particular the photographs and descriptions are given only as an indication and no technical or typographical error will be able to give place to complaint. The photographs are noncontractual, the colours being able to be badly rendered.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT.

Our articles being unique, it is preferable to get in touch with us in order to reserve the items before confirming your order. The concluding of a contract will intervene only in the event of confirmation of order by "bijor.com". The confirmation or if necessary, the cancellation of the order will be confirmed to the user by e-mail. The confirmation will contain the summary of your order as well as the methods of delivery. It will have to be sent back to us validated by the purchaser. After validation of the payment, the order is considered as accepted by the company Catherine-Philomène M.

SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED.

TIME OF RETRACTATION.

Refunds are made if your purchase does not correspond to your expectations. The sale being subjected to the law in force on the mail order trading, you have the possibility of exchanging or of turning over your article within 7 days from the date of reception of the goods. The items having undergone a modification, in particular a resizing, or an engraving, will not be taken back.

REFUNDING CONDITIONS.

All our products are provided with a sealed label guaranteeing their authenticity. In order for us to accept your return, it is imperative that your piece of jewellery is sent with its intact original numbered label. It is also imperative that the box which accompanies your jewel as well as the Certificate by Authenticity and the invoice which are enclosed are returned to us. If one of these parts is missing or if the Numbered Label of Origin were not intact, we could neither refund nor exchange your jewel.

REFUNDING

If you would wish to be refunded, we vouch, on the day of reception of your return, to refund you the amount of your purchase, deduction made of the insurance and transport charges.

DELIVERY and TRANSPORT.

The zone of delivery of "bijor.com" covers the whole of the countries of the planet. Our deliveries out of Europe are done only for goods paid by credit transfer.

- In France, except otherwise, your jewels will be delivered to you in Collissimo followed by the POST OFFICE. The deliveries, in France, ensured by the POST OFFICE will be free.
- For Europe and the rest of the world, according to the destinations, we use FedEx, UPS, l’ACHEMINEUR. For these destinations, the transport charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The amount of the variable transport charges according to the destinations and the amount of the order, the prices and deadlines' will be indicated to you by enamel at the time of our Confirmation of order.

DELIVERY SCHEDULES

For all countries 5 days on average after the recording, by our bank, of your payment. The procedures of payment by cheque or credit transfer require a time of approximately 10 days before the recording by our bank. The delivery times and terms will be confirmed to you by enamel at the time of the confirmation of order.

CONTROLLED DELIVERY

After recording of your order, you will receive by email a file number which will enable you to follow in real time, the localisation of your order near with logistic partners, either by telephone, or on their Internet site.
